In 1979, a study on 70-80-year-old men was conducted to see the difference in remembering youth fondly and actually reliving youth. One group talked about their younger days while the other group pretended to be young, surrounding themselves with TV shows, music and activities of their youth.

After the experiment, the group which imagined they were physically younger showed signs they were de-aging. Their blood pressure was lowered, arthritis was diminished and also eyesight and their hearing was improved. By simply imagining themselves younger, some physical aging was actually reversed. This may sound silly but it’s the most effective one trust me. This is a kind of acting exercise. You instead of visualizing your dreams in your mind, live it as much as possible. Take for example, if you are aiming to lose weight, then buy any outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for.

The important part here is to act like you already have what you’re looking for. Another example, say you are doing a job and you are aiming to earn 1 million dollars per annum. So, act like you already have it. Have it in your style and attitude and feel like you are already rich. It doesn’t take anything from you but make you work even harder for what you are pretending to be.

This step is very important for you if you want to make Law of Attraction work for you. Like attracts like. When you act as if you’ve already gotten what you desire, you are sending a loud and clear message to the universe that how bad you want it. We all have studied one thing “Actions speak louder than words, right?”

After doing all these steps, you might be thinking, “Ok, now what should I do?”

There is no fixed time limit or how long will it take for things to manifest into in your life. We all have different lives facing different challenges. So, just be persistent in what you do and see the results of this whole system.

You might have to wait for things to happen, based on your goals. The key is to have patience and be persistent. If you again started doubting yourself or if the fear strikes again, return to step 2. Just repeat all these steps and have faith in yourself.

Whatever you want to achieve pretend like you already have it. For example, if you want to be a CEO of a company, close your eyes and say “I AM THE CEO OF THE COMPANY. I AM A MILLIONAIRE. I OWN A BIG CAR. AND I AM RICH”. Just say it, out loud. You’ll definitely feel the confidence.

Vision Boards

One of the most popular exercise for figuring out what you want in life. Create a vision board for yourself. Vision boards contain images, words which describes what you want in your life.

What you have to do is draw and write whatever you want from your life, whether it’s an Audi, a new house or anything. Just put it in that board. When you’ll be drawing it on the board, this will help you make a personal commitment to your desires and dreams. Also, it will help you clarify what you really want, just visualize it and give everything you got to make it real.

Put this board in your room so that you can always look what you really want to achieve. This will help you keep reminding of what you want and how much work you have to do achieve this.

Create a Gratitude List

Gratitude gives you the right mindset to achieve success.

Make a big list of all the things you’re thankful for in your life. Keep on adding the things whenever you think of something new.

Try making a list of what you appreciate in your life right now. You can do this every night or early morning.

I’m telling you this because think of it like this, imagine you are waking up in the morning and then reading a list of great things in your life. This would put you in a great mood every morning. This will shift your perspective to other great things that make you happy. Why? Because Like attracts like.

Free Your Body

Freeing your body means acting like nobody’s watching you. Live carefree. Dance like nobody’s watching you. Yeah, I know it sounds silly but this is important. This will surely change your mood. Some people are way too shy to act like going crazy like this. But there is no harm in it when no one’s watching you. Right? You don’t have to worry about what people would think of you as no one’s watching you. So practice freeing your body- dance, act like nobody’s watching you. Even just for a small amount of time, you would really be having no worries in your mind. Just try it once.

      The key is not to attract money, but to attract positivity in your life. If you want to do that, than just keep yourself focused on your target. In this post I’ve written some LOA exercises, just work on them on daily basis. These exercises have worked for many millionaires.
